If you're running on a Windows 7 PC and are having trouble recording videos, please try disabling any virtual network adapters. If you're having trouble with any of the cable network channels and are an Xfinity,Time Warner or Charter customer, please use those channels to access the network videos. However, the Support tab withing Playon Settings still shows that DirectTV Now and Xfinity are not working, so I left those marked as "not working".
